MERCHANT/VENDOR INFORMATION

ADDITIONAL MERCHANT INFO:

1) MERCHANT PASS: This pass replaces the daily passes you received in the past. This pass is your responsibility or the responsibility of your booth workers. This pass will NOT be collected at the door, but you must show it to get in the gate. This pass is good for one person. If additional daily passes are needed, they may be purchased at the fair office for a discounted price. The passes can be mailed to you in advance or may be picked up at the fair office the week of the fair.

2) Tables, chairs and other items to enhance your display are your responsibility. There is a very limited supply of tables or chairs available to rent from the Calumet County Ag. Association. This will be strictly on a first come, first serve basis.
Rent charges as follows: Tables- $75.00 per table, Chairs- $25.00 per chair

3) Parking for Merchants is available in our North End parking lot. This lot is the closest to the merchant area. We ask that you please refrain from parking around your exhibit area. This causes the grounds to look cluttered and space is limited. Again, please use the North End parking lot, which is closest to the Merchant area.

4) On Friday (September 4) we are asking for all Merchants to be in place by 11:00 am. This change is due to school starting after Labor Day weekend and we are anticipating a larger crowd. Please make arrangements to have your booth and/or information ready by 11:00am on Friday, September 4.

5) We require all merchants to conduct their actions in a positive business manner. It is our goal to provide multiple exhibits for our fairgoers to see. Please use your judgment in a positive manner. Those not conducting in a proper manner will be asked to leave the grounds immediately.

The Calumet County Agricultural Association would like to thank all merchants for their continued support. We are hoping these new changes improve your experience as a merchant.
